Im currently on BSN cellmass(almost 2 weeks) and have seen good results in my arms but i was wondering with which creatine the best results were seen?

My favorite so far is Armageddon. It is a pretraining mix but it is really explosive. Massive pumps and good lean muscle gains. Size On worked awsome for lean muscle gains, probably the best I've tried, but really lacked in the muscle pump and fullness.

Resveratrol was one of the most popular supplements of 2009. During that year sales continued to increase. This year, resveratrol supplements are expected to remain popular and even greater sales are expected.
Resveratrol is a type of polyphenol found in red wine and grapes. It has been thought by many scientist to help fight against many age related diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, and heart disease. Given its reputation, the consuming public continues to demand more resveratrol supplements.
Unfortunately, the popularity of resveratrol supplements attracts scammers who are looking to make a quick buck by selling substandard resveratrol supplements or by employing questionable marketing tactics.
Some of the resveratrol supplements on the market are not pure resveratrol. Instead, they use a variety of fillers, which can degrade the effectiveness of resveratrol supplements. One of the more common fillers is emodin. Emodin can cause stomach aches and diarrhea. The best resveratrol supplements are those that are nearly 99% pure resveratrol.
Also, the type resveratrol matters. There are two types of reseveratrol. There is trans-resveratrol and cis-resveratrol.Studies show that trans-reseveratrol is completely absorbed by the body, whereas cis-resveratrol is not. Accordingly, consumers want to buy supplements containing trans-resveratrol.
A common technique used by scammers is the "free trial offer". Most "free trial offers", however, are a little more than a ploy to run up bills on consumer's credit cards. "Free trial" offer scams have been a common complaint in 2009.

It's amazing to me how one simple TV show -- granted, one of the most respected and watched TV shows in the history of the planet -- can quickly catapult a previously unknown product, person, or service into the stratosphere of popularity.
That's exactly what happened when 60 Minutes did their story on the two researchers who finally were able to isolate the amazing component in red wine that is apparently responsible for so many of the health benefits that regular wine drinkers experience. This compound, known as Resveratrol, is now one of the hottest supplements on the market today.
While this is great, because if the studies on Resveratrol turn out to be even halfway accurate, a lot of people are going to experience some life-changing benefits pretty darn soon, all is not rosy in the world of Resveratrol proponents.
For one thing, its sheer sudden popularity has created a couple of big problems for people who want to start taking resveratrol supplements right away.
For one thing, when a product completely takes off like this one has, a whole bunch of supplements manufacturers who really have no business getting involved in it, will basically put together an inferior product and slap a label on it and make some quick money before anyone figures out that what they're selling is junk.
